Returns Policy.

Important: Please read our returns policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Duration: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and certain care products.

Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@movena.nl with your order number, reason for return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refund:

Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or No Refund: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received it, please contact us via our email.

Cost:

Return Shipping Cost: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you provide a Track & Trace code for your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be shipped to China, and the cost starts from €20 and is the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

Defective or Wrong Products: Upon receipt of a defective or wrong product, we will send you a new product free of charge. If it still goes wrong the second time, you will receive a full refund.
